Our service enables clients to focus on growing their businesses. Due to our continuous expansion, we are looking for an experienced and motivated International Sales Manager.
Job Description
The International Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Pick & Pack’s international sales activities. This person will identify new business opportunities, lead strategic projects, negotiate and establish new partnerships, and maintain relationships with key international clients. You will work directly with the company’s CEO and play a crucial role in driving business growth in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Development:
- Defining and implementing sales strategies for international markets.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing a partner network.
- Monitoring market trends and competition, adapting strategies as needed.
Client Relationship Management:
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key international clients and partners.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and managing expectations.
- Negotiating terms of cooperation and securing new contracts.
Sales Performance & Growth:
- Defining, tracking, and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Regular reporting on sales performance and providing guidance for further growth.
- Participating in international trade fairs, conferences, and networking events.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Working closely with operations, marketing, and finance departments.
- Actively participating in internal projects to enhance business efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, sales, marketing, management, or a related field.
- Additional professional training or an MBA is an advantage.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales.
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or related industries is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a goal-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
